Subsequently, we continuously monitor whether these are properly checked. Techniques for the semicon industry
In manufacturing semiconductor parts, we apply all the different techniques available at Ter Hoek, from wire EDM to the laser cutting machine – depending on the demands and specific requirements set for a product. We also apply our PECM technique more often. The high-level accuracy of PECM makes it possible to manufacture parts with a grade 2 purity. This makes it possible to subsequently achieve grade 1, the highest purity grade possible.
